  • Be able and willing to maneuver in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces under houses
  • Be willing to work in extreme heat and cold
  • Be willing and able to perform physical activities such as trenching, digging and drilling
  • Be willing and able to learn about, treat, and be exposed to pests and wood destroying organisms
  • Be willing to communicate with customers
  • Be willing and able to work safely with power tools for handyman and repair work
